He was born in March 1971, in the parish of Estoril, in the municipality of Cascais, where he still lives today. Married and father of two children, he has two brothers, seven nephews and a handful of godchildren.
Co-Founder Partner at Feel the Life Consulting Ltd. Over the past three decades, he has been CEO & Board Member in Portugal and Spain in technology multinationals: Itautec – Itaú Unibanco SA and OKI Brasil - Oki Electric Industry Co, Ltd, and Head of Future at the Municipality of Cascais / Portugal (214,158 inhabitants). He began his professional career in Portugal in the watchmaking industry (Seiko Group Corporation).
Graduated in Social Sciences, his academic career is linked to Arts and Design, a Master of Business Administration and training in Emotional Leadership.
He was a candidate for deputy for the Aliança Party in the Elections for the Assembly of the Republic for the 14th Legislature, he is a polling station worker at the Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Cascais, and founder of the MaisCascais Civic Movement.
Member number 4414 of Sport Lisboa e Benfica and is also a Sponsor of Acreditar – Association of Parents and Friends of Children with Cancer and the Champagnat Foundation.
